* Per Ohio State Law - All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Arrowhead.

The Arrowhead Golf Club will provide table decorations and be responsible for set-up and teardown. Any additional decorating must be approved and cleanup is the responsibility of the party if such items are to be returned. We provide all plates, dinnerware, napkins, cups, lids, straws and similar lunch/dinner items such as sugar packets, creamer, half and half, etc. Additionally, we will provide cloth table covers and napkins at a charge of $.50 cents per guest otherwise
paper products will be used.

All menu selections and guest count along with a signed contract must be confirmed 1 week prior to party date.
